None of that is the fault of British Air though the understaffed and confided safety at LHR. For that reason I won't ever use British Air all over again Until I don’t land in London . Not the airlines fault but I never ever would like to overlook a flight because of the blunder in London . The worst I’ve ever encountered in international travel
